Björk (that's how it's spelt) is an Icelandic singer-songwriter/musician/actor, who is really fucking good.
She is particularly noted for her bizarre, yet mesmerising, voice. On /mu/, she's known for being one of the best female artists still producing music, as well as for having suspected access to the fountain of youth (she's only JUST starting to look old...AND SHE'S FIFTY) and basically being every /mu/tant's waifu at one stage or another (unless your one of those Grimes faggots).
Despite her being better known for her singing, her intrumentals are also great. Most of it's electronic, but it's not uncommon to hear a Björk album that stops playing a house track only to lead into a 1950's big band jazz piece.
